How can I view the prices for your products? To view our prices you simply need to register with us. To obtain a username and password, all you need to do is fill out a quick email form or alternatively, if you prefer, you can call us on 01202 590222 and we will be delighted to set you up as a user.
Is there a minimum order value? Yes, our minimum order value is £75 excluding VAT.
What are the delivery costs? We currently do not charge for delivery to the UK mainland. Delivery charges to offshore islands and other export territories are available on request; please use the email form to contact us for a quote.
Do your prices include VAT? The prices detailed on the website do not include VAT; you will find that it is added at the current rate when you reach the checkout.
What payment methods do you accept? We currently accept Solo, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, and MasterCard cards
Is it secure and safe to use my credit card/debit card online? Yes, our payment processing is undertaken by Barclaycard and Protx. Both these organisations use the highest level or encryption and security. For your added protection our payment processors use either Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure fraud protection systems.
Can I cancel or amend my order once I have placed it? Once the order has been accepted it is not possible to make amendments to it.
Can I open a credit account and order online? We are sorry but our e-commerce site is only able to handle orders with payment by credit card or debit card and you are currently unable to open a credit account online.
Can I order other Creative Party products online? Unfortunately at the moment this is not possible, only the products detailed on the website can be ordered online, if you wish to request a catalogue then please either send us an email enquiry here or alternatively you can call us on 01202 590222.
My business is located in the Bournemouth area. Can I collect my order? Yes. Please fill in the comments box with details that you wish to collect your order. Only orders that have been paid for online can be collected. Orders can only be collected during our usual warehouse opening times. Monday to Friday only 8.30am - 4.30pm.
How do I order?
1.Register First you will need to register with us. All you need to do is fill out our registration form and we will get back to you with your username and password, don't worry it is quick and easy. This will allow you access to view all of the prices on the website and order with us.
2.Log-in Once you have received your username and password, you can log-in using the button which appears at the top-right hand corner of every page.
3.Browse Once you have logged in you will have the opportunity to view all our prices in the catalogue, browse through our ranges and add items you wish to purchase to your basket. You can quickly find product categories using the product finder on the left hand side of the page, or if there is something you are looking for specifically then you can use the product search bar at the top of the product finder to look for a specific product using keyword or product code. To quickly check how many products you have in your basket you can view the counter at the top of the page next to 'Shopping Basket'.
4.Checkout You can view a summary of your basket at any time by simply clicking 'Shopping Basket' at the top of the page, if you have finished shopping then click 'Checkout'. At the checkout stage VAT will be added, as well as the applicable delivery charges. Your payment will be accepted over a secure network.
I don't want to order online but am interested in buying your products, how do I do this? You can contact us with your request, we will normally ask a representative to call on you who will be pleased to assist you with your order. We also have hard copy catalogues which we send to bona fide Trade customers, orders can then be faxed (01202 590333), phoned (01202 590222) or sent to us through the contact form or given to your representative.
Do you supply members of the public? We are a strictly a trade only business-to-business supplier. Members of the public wanting to purchase our products should visit their local independent Party shop, Florist, or Card shop with details of the products they wish to purchase together with our web address www.creativepartyballoons.com and the retailer will then be able to order the product for you. Many retail websites also stock our products so you may find what you are looking for using an online search engine.
Do you operate a back orders policy for goods that are out of stock? The company tries very hard always to have in stock any products that are shown on its website in stock .In the unlikely event a product is out of stock the company will refund the relevant amount back to credit or debit card that was used to pay for the original order.
Customers are requested to re-order any such Balloons next time they place an order with us.
